Development of solar and wind farms in Eastern Europe, due to complex regulations and limited capacity in the grid is a task that faces significant headwinds to scale up. It requires close colaboration with local entrpreneurs who have mastered the process thanks to their understanding of the local conditions. This task is often not managable by centralized organizations. The biggest challenge for the local developers is that project's initial stages are not bankable due to high uncrtainty of securing all the permits and the grid connection.
Our mission is to connect local developers with global institutional players in the renewable energy industry who provide financial support to developers that is released upon reaching of predetermined development milestones. Upon reaching Ready-To-Build stage the project is usually handed over to an institutional operator in order to complete the project.

Our representative will contact you in order to sign our General Confidentiality Agreement. Once signed we will provide you access to our database which contains basic information about all projects in our marketplace. If you find any project suitable for you we will proceed to signing Non-Circumvention Agreement and give you access to the data room of the specific projects you selected. There is a fee for data room access of 500 € per project. There are volume discounts above five projects.
We perform due diligence of projects before including them in our marketplace.

Our representative will contact you in order to sign our Agency Agreement. There is a fee payable once you close a deal with a buyer from our marketplace. The value of the fees are negotiated individually with you for each project and are specified in our Agency Agreement.
